it's 12:33am on a wednesday...

this saturday i will compete at the german student championships (which are held in darmstadt) along with raul spank (5th place 2008 olympics) and kabelo kgosimang (9th world champs 2007). ariane friedrich is going to compete in the womens high jump aswell.

as you see it is going to be an exctiting day and i am really looking forward to jump (a pr)!
